Freezing (Ice formation and phase separation)</div><div>2. Re-heating of the frozen mass to obtain a surrogate temperature calibration based on the TVIS parameter F<sub>PEAK</sub></div><div>3. Primary drying (Drying rate based on the TVIS parameter C"<sub>PEAK</sub> from which the product dry layer resistance and evidence of micro-collapse are determined).</div>
